WHAT/WHY?
The combined age of 124 years, isn't that enough?
Spell it out for me...
Okay...Dermot will be 60 on 24th April, and Hilary's 64th was on March 21st
Running order - for want of a better expression...
Here's an outline of the evening:
- Nibbles and drinks from 6pm
- Live music from 7:10
- Supper from 7:30
- More live music from 8:15
- Celebration cake at 8:45
- Then bop till you drop (or 11pm, whichever comes first)
FOOD
Supper will be provided (inc. vegan and gluten free options) - and we'd welcome any offers of home-baked sweet or savoury contributions!
Do let us know if there is something you'd like to bring so we can factor it in! If there is interest we may revive the Wheel of Dip!

DRINK
Please bring your favourite party tipple
There are lots of local supermarkets and off licences (Craft Tooting II is very close, and there are beer and independent wine shops in nearby Tooting and Broadway Markets).
There will be a welcome drink on arrival and we'll have some stocks of wine/beer/soft drinks on hand.
Glasses will be provided (we've gone all out on this).
DRESS CODE

MUSIC
We'll have a mix of live and recorded music
If you'd like to perform or jump in with the scratch band then message Dermot, likewise if you have the perfect playlist...
or just some songs you'd love to move to or hear
MAKING
Yes, there'll be a table with a bunch of crafting items on it - the "Rubbish Party Table" - and there'll be some making prompt/challenges...oh, and a bit of dressing up gear too...
HELPING HANDS
If anyone is happy to offer a helping hand on the evening let us know! Set up is between 4 and 4:45 - might suit people who live close by.
We'll need to clear up and be out of the hall by 11pm so all hands welcome
... we might even go for a 'thanks for clearing that up' final drink at a local hostelry...
SUNDAY BRUNCH
Particularly (but not exclusively) for those travelling to Tooting and staying overnight we'll be meeting for brunch on Sunday around 10:30 in the main the central area of Tooting Market
Let us know if you want to join us, or just roll out of bed and head over!
TRAVEL
The venue is less than 10 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway Tube, and Tooting mainline
We're also spoiled for buses, and parking is free on side roads after 5:30 on Saturday
